Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources and Recruiting Specialist to manage and oversee our HR functions and talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, and identifying top talent to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, providing support and guidance.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
Conduct exit interviews and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in HR and recruiting roles.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
