The Role:

Join our team as a Presales Engineer (Datacenter) and become an integral member of our sales organization. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, addressing customer business challenges and transforming them into comprehensive technical solutions within the IT infrastructure and data center landscape. This role demands a deep technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for innovation and learning.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal sales reps and the clients to understand their IT needs, challenges, and goals.
Develop tailored technical solutions to meet short-term and long-term business objectives.
Design architecture solutions for IT infrastructure, cloud, network security, data backup, and recovery.
Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
Mastery of technologies and platforms, such as Dell, HPE, Pure Storage, Cisco and more.
Willingness to travel time to time to customer facing meetings and partner events.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role.
Strong technical knowledge across a wide range of Datacenter infrastructure solutions - servers, storage, networking.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build solid relationships with clients and internal teams.
A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical abilities.
Industry certifications strongly preferred.
